Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only once we have agreed upon the arrangements in writing and your booking deposit has been received.

Initial inquiries, screening forms, discussions of availability, or proof of payment do not constitute a confirmed reservation.

Deposits must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Until payment is received, your preferred time remains available to other applicants.

2. Booking Deposits

Your deposit secures dedicated time in My schedule and allows Me to prepare thoughtfully for our encounter.

This preparation may include screening, correspondence, personalizing the experience, and arranging the necessary space and resources.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation on your part, subject to the rescheduling provisions below.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: More Than 72 Hours

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide written notice at least 72 hours before our appointment.

Your full deposit may be transferred once toward another appointment taking place within one month of the original booking date, subject to availability.

Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: 24–72 Hours

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before our appointment are not eligible for a monetary refund.

Depending on the circumstances, I may choose to apply up to 50% of your deposit toward one future booking.

Such arrangements are entirely at My discretion and depend on timely, respectful communication.

5. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.

A new deposit will be required for any subsequent booking.

6. Changes to Confirmed Arrangements

The duration, format, location, and general nature of our encounter are agreed upon before confirmation.

Requests to modify these arrangements must be discussed and approved by Me in writing.

Reducing the duration or changing the agreed format after confirmation does not automatically entitle you to a reduced fee.

Significant last-minute changes that prevent the appointment from proceeding as agreed may be treated as a cancellation under the applicable terms.

7. Punctuality

Your Arrival

Please arrive at the agreed time.

Late arrivals do not extend the duration of our appointment, and the original fee remains unchanged.

If you are delayed, communicate with Me as soon as possible. An unexplained delay exceeding 20 minutes may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

My Arrival

Should I experience an unexpected delay, the time will be made up through an appropriate extension or mutually agreed rescheduling.

You will receive the full duration of the experience we have arranged.

8. Cancellation on My Part

On the rare occasion that I must cancel an appointment for reasons unrelated to your conduct, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling with your payment fully credited or receiving a refund of the unused amount.

9. Discretion, Safety & Boundaries

Mutual respect, clear communication, and personal responsibility are essential to every encounter.

I reserve the right to decline or end an appointment if you:

• Arrive intoxicated or impaired by substances.
• Arrive without appropriate personal hygiene.
• Behave aggressively, disrespectfully, or in a threatening manner.
• Withhold material information relevant to the safety of our encounter.
• Disregard agreed boundaries, consent, or established limits.

Where an appointment is ended because of such conduct, the deposit will be retained, subject to applicable law.

10. Extended Consultation & Preparation

Standard screening and initial correspondence are included in the booking process.

Requests for extensive preliminary discussions, additional private consultations, or unusually detailed preparation may incur a separate fee of €150 per hour, payable in advance.

Any such charges will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.

11. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed through an agreed and supported payment method, including Zelle, PayPal, or Wise.

Any applicable transaction or processing fees will be handled in accordance with payment-provider requirements and applicable law.

A Final Note on Reservations

A deposit secures an agreed appointment. It does not grant unconditional access to My time.

Please do not send payment until I have personally confirmed the date, time, duration, and nature of our arrangement in writing.

Unsolicited payments do not constitute a booking.
